FEATURED INTERNS

Sharon Philip a graduate student at Gardner-Webb University (MBA Program) recently assisted NuLevel Strategic Solutions, LLC in the concept stage of a community economic development, commercial real estate development project, through which the company is serving as a development advisor.  The project is situated in one of Charlotte, NC's most challenged communities.  This community is plagued with high unemployment, crime and health challenges.  Mr. Philip was selected among several other interns for preparing a concept paper on potential uses of the facility that would make good economic and environmental sense.

"Several of Mr. Philip's ideas were in line with our staff's thinking and a few were original ideas that were well received by our client.  To date, we have had good success on the three virtual-intern projects that we've complete through ProjectIntern.com."

"My experience with this project has been great. Since the start of the project, I visualized how to get the building and the community together. I took the path, researched books and came up with the best ideas. I had a great time working with the project."
