Each semester, Project-Intern hand selects a group of "high-potential" interns to be a part of the Supervised-Intern program. The pool of interns will primarily be Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and certain Liberal Arts majors.
The program offers a unique and comprehensive professional training experience, designed to give a select group of interns the opportunity to work collaboratively, under the supervision of a team of professional business consultants. This semester long program starts with a week long internship "Boot-Camp" training, which teaches the fundementals of management consulting and, the technical aspects of conducting market / industry research, preparing business plans and, conducting financial analysis / forecasting.
The Supervised-Intern program is an excellent way for employers to ensure that their projects are delivered, professonally, accurate and, on-time. More importantly, because the bulk of the work will be performed by college interns, these projects are made affordable for all businesses. The cost to employers consists of a basic management fee paid to Project-Intern. In exchange for this fee, Project-Intern will engage, manage and pay the interns involved. Because of our involvment, Project-Intern is able to guarantee that its deliverables will be prepared in a professional and timely manner.
To make our services affordable, we offer Core Services that include standard products that interns work on routinely. These services are centered on research and financial analysis / forecasting. Because of the complexity and variability associated with our Custom Services, our management fee must be quoted; however, these services are still offered well below prevailing market rates.
How It Works
In order to take advantage of the Supervised-Intern program, simply visit the Core and Custom Services sections, to determine what type of project you would like to have done. Here, you will be able to view work samples and, engage our consulting team. For Core Services, all prices are pre-set. There will be a payment button through which payment can be made. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail from our consulting team, requesting additional information and, providing you with a basic timeline. Most of our Core Services can be turned around within five business-days; however, in some cases it may take longer.
Similarly, by selecting the Custom Service link, you will be able to view typical project-types that our team can handle. Once a specific project-type is selected, you will recieve a quote via e-mail, which will include an estimated timeline. Once signed and payment is received, we will begin working on your project. Depending on the complexity of the project, it may take a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks to complete.
All of our staff and affiliates (including interns) are held to the highest level of confidentiality. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed by everyone on our end. Moreover, if we feel that a potential client does not have adequate protection for their product or service then we will make certain recommendations prior to proceeding with the project. Because of the high volume of project-types and projects in which we engage, we are unable to execute any third-party Non-Disclosure Agreements.
